John Duley has joined Leaseweb, a global supplier of cloud services, dedicated hosting, and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solution, as Managing Director, Japan. He will be in charge of spearheading Leaseweb’s local market expansion and enhancing its standing as a top global cloud and hosting provider. According to Leaseweb, he has over 35 years of expertise and an exceptional track record of managing Japanese enterprises across the IT industry.

Duley worked at Advantage 24, a pioneer in proprietary software, infrastructure, and Multi-Cloud Interconnect technologies, for more than 15 years as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Co-Founder before joining Leaseweb. Additionally, he has had executive leadership positions with prominent Japanese technology companies, such as Acquisio, Tealium, and WithSecure. His bachelor’s degree from Willamette University is in both economics and Japanese.

Duley’s new position will involve overseeing Leaseweb’s domestic expansion, sales, and channel strategy in Japan. To expand the company’s reach and improve local participation, this will involve developing its network of local partnerships and collaborating closely with top systems integrators. He will also concentrate on expanding Leaseweb’s support offerings in order to provide Japanese companies with the cloud, dedicated server, and managed hosting solutions the company offers.
