Critically, the new portal grants users access to detailed data on their network and equipment, previously only available from technical engineers in RETNs Network Operation Centre. This transparency empowers customers with advanced service information for more effective troubleshooting and management.

The new portal aims to bring customer satisfaction to a completely new level by providing direct ways to manage services, support, orders, billing, and all communications with RETN. It enables full management of company accounts, user roles, and key information for network engineers – fostering a more transparent and frictionless experience.
