Deloitte has announced a strategic multi-year collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance and scale their clients capabilities in Generative Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, and quantum computing. This collaboration aims to leverage AWS services, including Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and Amazon Braket, to foster innovation and address industry-specific challenges.

Central to this initiative is the establishment of an Innovation Lab, where Deloitte and AWS engineers will work together to develop advanced technology solutions. These solutions would cater to various sectors, including financial services, government, healthcare, media, telecommunications, consumer markets, and industrial resources. This partnership builds on existing efforts, such as TrueServe, which integrates AI into contact center technologies, and the Converge by Deloitte portfolio, which includes BankingSuite and ConvergeSECURITY, enhancing financial institutions’ operations and cloud security.

A notable project emerging from the Innovation Lab is Deloitte’s C-Suite AI for CFOs. This proof of concept (POC) employs large language models (LLMs) to streamline financial functions. By automating tasks such as contract workflows, generating investor documentation, and providing customer service, C-Suite AI aims to enhance efficiency in financial planning, operations, and reporting. Powered by NVIDIA and utilizing Amazon Bedrock, this tool exemplifies the lab’s potential to drive transformative change.

Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed service offering a selection of high-performing foundation models from leading AI companies, plays a crucial role in this initiative. It provides the necessary tools for organizations to build secure, private, and responsible Generative AI applications. This collaboration with AWS would exemplify Deloitte’s commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver practical, scalable solutions to its clients.
